"Thanks for putting the Heartless' out. I tried them on the recommendation of Chrissy Cruizzer and am unsure why I haven't tried out a thinner wheel before. I skated on them for 15 minutes on Friday night at B&T before having to head off to a game in Spokane, WA. In those 15 minutes alone I realized that some of my biggest agility problems I've been having were not really me problems, but more so wheel problems.

I also took these out on our home rink, which is really filthy concrete and they have amazing grip. Normally I can never hit full speed without a fear of loosing my footing on the corner. For the first time yesterday I was able to really skate on our floor.

In short, I've been able to do things, and try out new moves that I would have never be able to do before. I'm amazed at the difference in my skating just changing my wheels have made. Thank you for your awesome product!"

Riedell Production Vacation

The Riedell production vacation is from June 30 – July 11; return to work on July 14. The office and shipping and attaching departments will be working these 2 weeks with the exception of Friday, July 4th.

The deadline is Monday June 2 for special and premium make up boots and custom boots due out before vacation. If you want/need anything special to be complete before production goes on vacation, the orders must be in to Riedell by the end of the day Monday, June 2. Any specials, premiums and customs received after June 2 will not be guaranteed complete before vacation begins.

There may also be an additional 2 week delay on non-stock and out of stock items because of this vacation.
